shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait!

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on its way.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to complete delivery. If something goes missing, we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or lost items.

returns + exchanges

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before purchasing.

• Physical Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right!

• Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or error, but we want you to be happy—reach out if you have questions or concerns.

• Usage: Digital products are for personal or single-classroom use only unless otherwise stated. Please do not share, distribute, or resell the files.

• Download Access: A download link will be sent to the email used at checkout. Be sure to save your files promptly—downloads may be limited.
